How do I join the program?
Simply add the Walli Cases Membership to your cart, including the free case of your choice from the Membership page, and complete the checkout process as you would for any other purchase. After checkout, you can view your membership by logging into W
Is there a fee to join? And is it a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $60 every 12 months for access to the Walli Cases Membership program. The membership will auto-renew until you choose to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal at www.account.wal
Do I need to have an account?
Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one). This is how you will access your store credit, referral links, and manage your membership.
Is there anywhere my membership benefits are not valid?
The member discounts and free shipping benefits can only be accessed on our official Walli Cases website. These benefits are not valid on our Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or Amazon store.
My benefits aren’t working. Why?
You must use the same email address you used when purchasing your membership to access your benefits. Ensure you’re signed in to your account at www.account.wallicases.com to access all membership benefits.
How do I access my free shipping benefit?
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all US customers once you have purchased your membership—no code needed. Please ensure you are signed in for the shipping to apply at checkout.
How do I update my payment method?
Once an order has been placed we are not able to change the payment method.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, please note that the membership fee is non-refundable.
How will I be notified about member-only events and offers?
Members will receive notifications via email. Make sure to opt-in for email notifications when you sign up for the program.
What happens if I forget to use my membership benefits?
Unfortunately, unused benefits do not roll over to the next year. We encourage you to take full advantage of all the perks offered.
