When will I receive my refund?Updated a year ago

When you choose to return your item through Happy Returns and drop it at a given location near you, your refund will be initiated as soon as it is scanned by the Returnista. It can take up to 3 business days to clear your bank.

If you choose to ship the product back with a shipping label you purchase from us, your refund it will be initiated once it arrives back to our warehouse and is inspected. Processing a refund can take up to 7 business days after we have received the returned item(s). Once the refund is issued, it can take up to 3 business day to clear you bank.
