What is your return policy?Updated 6 months ago

We are sorry the product you ordered from Walli isn't working out for you! After reading the following Return/Exchange Guidelines, please click HERE to begin your return/exchange process.  (International customers, please find instructions at the end of the Return Guidelines.)


NOTE: If you received a defective item, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo and written description of the defect and we will work on getting a replacement sent out to you! Please do not initiate a return for the defective item.


Walli Return Guidelines: 
Walli products must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Walli products must be in new, unused condition in their original Walli packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange. Walli Cases is not liable for refunding product or shipping it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product is not in new and unused condition including original packaging, or if it is a final sale item. Original shipping charges and shipping protection are non-refundable. 

Return to a Happy Returns Location:
We are proud to offer a free return option to our US customers! If you select to return your item to a Happy Returns location near you,  you will be provided a barcode, free of charge. Take the items you are returning and the barcode to the location indicated in the returns portal. The Returnista will scan the barcode, inspect the item, and ship your product/s back to us for stress-free returns. Your refund/exchange will be initiated immediately. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to clear your bank. 

Return with a Pre-Paid Return Label: 
Alternatively, you can choose to purchase a pre-paid return label and ship the item back to us. If you choose this option, $5 will be deducted from your return amount and a pre-paid shipping label will be available for you to print. Your order/exchange will be refunded once it arrives back to our warehouse and passes inspection. For returns, the cost of the product will be refunded back to your original form of payment. In the case of lost returns, Walli will ask the customer to provide a valid tracking number for proof of the return. Walli cases is not liable for lost items without a valid tracking number.

Exchanges:
Our returns portal can accommodate exchanges for different sizes of the same design. We are unable set up an exchange for different products or designs. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please return the initial order and place a new order for the correct product. 
*Please note that when selecting to exchange an item by purchasing a shipping label from Walli, the exchange process can take up to 10 business days for the new item/s to be approved for shipment. If you need the exchange item sooner, please choose to drop it off at a Happy Returns location near you. This will allow the replacement to ship out to you ASAP.

*International Customers: Please ship your return back to the following address. Please include with your return items a note including your name, order number, and the words "RETURN FOR REFUND." All shipping fees are non-refundable.
