How do I exchange an item?Updated 7 months ago

Hi,


We are sorry the product you ordered from Walli isn't working out for you! We are excited to now offer a free exchange/return option through Happy Returns. We offer hassle-free exchanges on items when exchanging for a different size. If you need to exchange for a different product, please choose to return the item and place a new order for the correct product.


After reading the following Exchange Guidelines, please click HERE to begin your return/exchange process.


Walli Exchange Guidelines:


Walli products must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Walli products must be in new, unused condition in their original Walli packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.Walli Cases is not liable for refunding product or shipping it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product is not in new and unused condition including original packaging, or if it is a final sale item. 


NOTE: If you received a defective item, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo and written description of the defect and we will work on getting a replacement sent out to you! Please do not initiate an exchange for the defective item.


Exchange through a Happy Returns Location:
We are proud to offer a free exchange option to our customers! If you select to return your item to a Happy Returns location near you,  you will be provided a barcode, free of charge. Take the items you are exchanging and the barcode to the location indicated in the returns portal. The Returnista will scan the barcode, inspect the item, and ship your product/s back to us for stress-free returns. Your exchange will be initiated immediately and we will get the correct product shipped out to you ASAP!

Return with a Pre-Paid Return Label: 
Alternatively, you can choose to purchase a pre-paid return label and ship the item back to us. A pre-paid shipping label will be available for you to print. Your exchange will be initiated once the product arrives back to our warehouse and passes inspection, usually within 7 business days of it arriving back to our Warehouse. In the case of lost returns, Walli will ask the customer to provide a valid tracking number for proof of the return. Walli cases is not liable for lost items without a valid tracking number.
