How do I exchange an item?Updated 5 months ago


We are sorry the product you ordered from Walli isn't working out for you! We are excited to now offer a free exchange/return option through Happy Returns. We offer hassle-free exchanges on items when exchanging for a different size. If you need to exchange for a different product, please choose to return the item and place a new order for the correct product.

After reading the following Exchange Guidelines, please click HERE to begin your return/exchange process.

Walli Exchange Guidelines:

Walli products must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. 

Walli products must be in new, unused condition in their original Walli packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Walli Cases is not liable for refunding product or shipping it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product is not in new and unused condition including original packaging, or if it is a final sale item. The following designs are marked as FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return: Blue Skies, Blue Suit, Creamsicle, Grape Punch, Grey Slate, Live Like Ryan, Neutral Strip (Black Case), Pink Peony (Black Case), Prove Them Wrong, Rosy Petals (Black Case), Samsung Black on Black, Springtime Blossoms (Black Case), Summer Stripes and Sunset. 

An exchange will initiate as soon as the Returnista scans your barcode if you choose to drop it off at a Happy Returns location near you. If you select to purchase a shipping label from Walli Cases, the exchange will be initiated within 7 business days of Walli receiving your package.

In the case of lost returns, Walli will ask the customer to provide a valid tracking number for proof of the return. Walli cases is not liable for lost items without a valid tracking number.
