We are sorry the product you ordered from Walli isn't working out for you! You can complete an exchange of the same design for a different model through our user-friendly returns portal. Please initiate that exchange HERE.
*If you received the wrong item from what you ordered, please do not initiate a return and contact [email protected] for assistance from our team.
At this time, Walli does not accommodate exchanges through our returns portal of different designs. Alternatively, you can return the item you are wanting to exchange and place a new order with your desired product. You can initiate the return HERE.
Walli Exchange Guidelines:
Walli products must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Walli products must be in new, unused condition in their original Walli packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange. Walli Cases is not liable for refunding product or shipping it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product is not in new and unused condition including original packaging, or if it is a final sale item.
NOTE: If you received a defective item, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo and written description of the defect and we will work on getting a replacement sent out to you! Please do not initiate an exchange for the defective item.
